Chrishell Stause in Bathing Suit Stuns On Cabo Vacation Celebwell
Actress and Selling Sunset breakout star, Chrishell Stause, is currently on vacation in Cabo with her co-star, Emma Herner. Stause, like many, is a big fan of taking "Barry's Bootcamp" classes. "I like Barry's Bootcamp," she says to Hello! "It's kind of like half treadmill, half-floor work and they kick your" behind "and it's not that fun but you're glad when you're done."
Whenever Stause is busy or on-the-go, she makes sure that she's still eating healthy. "When I 'm busy, I normally either grab a banana and peanut butter or a protein bar. I 'm obsessed with peanut butter," she said to Women's Health. "I've had them all. Any protein bar makes a peanut butter flavor, I've probably tried it."
Stause says that she used to be a vegetarian for years, but that she tries to avoid eating too much meat these days. "I try not to eat meat, but I'm not saying that I'm vegetarian or vegan," she says to Women's Health. "I love animals, so I try and eat with a conscience."
Stause says to Health.com that when she's working out or going through a tough time, she always tries to persevere and get through it. "How many times have you started a workout and was like 'This is the worst and I want to quit,' and [5 to 10 minutes later] into it and you start to really feel great? That's kind of like life."
Stause is a big fan of going outside, and her Instagram account proves it. She's posted several photos on Instagram of herself spending time in the great outdoors.
